Late MP Jo Cox Smiling

We have more in common than that which divides us.

Jo Cox was murdered for her beliefs, for standing up to hate. Honouring her legacy means more than remembering her words; it means living them. It means challenging extremism, calling out harm, and building spaces where people feel seen, safe, and valued.

Community Cohesion and Resilience

Great day at the Local Resilience Forum Summer Workshop! Representing the Nottingham More in Common Partnership, we led a facilitated discussion on Community Resilience, challenging the forum to integrate community cohesion directly into emergency planning.
True resilience isn’t just about infrastructure and logistics; it’s about the strength of our relationships before a crisis even hits. When communities know, trust, and support each other daily, they bounce back faster together.
